1. What is the Cuddle Couch?
The Cuddle Couch is a family-focused, super soft, and cozy couch designed for maximum comfort. Perfect for snuggling, movie nights, reading, or simply relaxing together, it’s built to be the heart of your family.
2. Why is this a pre-order?
We’re creating each Cuddle Couch with care, from sourcing the best fabrics to ensuring every detail is perfect. Pre-ordering lets us know how many to make and guarantees that you’ll be among the first to receive one.
3. When will my Cuddle Couch ship?
Expected shipping is 1/03/2026. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your couch is on its way.
4. Can I change my order after pre-ordering?
Yes! You can update your color, fabric, or delivery address by contacting us at admin@cuddlecouchco.com.au. Please reach out before your couch ships.
5. What fabrics and colors are available?
Currently, we offer Cotton/Polyester blend. Check out our product images and videos for a sneak peek at textures and colors. More will be released in the future.
6. How do I clean my Cuddle Couch?
Our fabrics are designed for everyday family life. Spot clean with mild detergent, and removable covers are machine washable. Full care instructions will be included with your couch.
7. What if I’m not happy with my Cuddle Couch?
We want every family to love their couch. If your Cuddle Couch doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 30days for support. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes! Pre-orders can be canceled before your couch ships. Contact us at admin@cuddlecouchco.com.au for a full refund.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Australia. If you’re overseas, please contact us at admin@cuddlecouchco.com.au for special shipping requests.
10. Why should I pre-order instead of waiting?
Pre-ordering ensures you get your Cuddle Couch first. You’ll also receive exclusive sneak peeks, updates, and early access before general release. Plus, your pre-order helps us create a product built around families like yours.
