Pre-orders

Cuddle Couch™ is currently available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving your couch from our first production run.

We will provide regular updates throughout the production and shipping process via email and our social media channels.

Estimated Delivery

Our current estimated delivery timeframe is approximately November 2026 for our initial production run in August 2026. Please note that this is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, international freight, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

If there are any significant changes to the expected delivery date, we’ll keep you informed as soon as possible.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Once your order has been dispatched from our Australian warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times after dispatch will vary depending on your location.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
