Returns & Warranty Policy
understand buying furniture online can feel like a big decision. If you have any concerns about your order or receive a product that isn’t right, please contact us. We’re a small family business and we’ll always do our best to help.
Preorders
The Cuddle Couch™ is manufactured in production runs and may be sold on a preorder basis.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided on the product page and are subject to change due to manufacturing, freight or circumstances outside of our control. If significant delays occur, we will communicate these updates as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your Cuddle Couch™ as soon as possible after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, or if you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the defect
We will assess the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement parts, replacement of the product or another suitable remedy.
Change of Mind Returns
As the Cuddle Couch™ is a large furniture item manufactured in limited production runs, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please review product dimensions, colours and specifications carefully before placing your order.
Normal Wear & Tear
The Cuddle Couch™ is designed for real family life — from movie nights and story time to cubby building and everything in between. As with all upholstered furniture, some signs of wear will naturally occur over time with regular use.
Examples of normal wear and tear may include:
• Fabric wear from regular use
• Foam softening over time
• Minor cosmetic changes resulting from normal use
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets or improper care
Microsuede Fabric & Pilling
The Cuddle Couch™ uses a premium microsuede fabric selected for its softness, comfort and durability.
Like many soft furnishings, microsuede may develop small fabric pills over time, particularly in areas that experience regular friction. This is a normal characteristic of the material and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If pilling occurs, it can usually be easily managed using a fabric pilling brush or fabric shaver, helping to keep your Cuddle Couch™ looking its best for years to come.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
